Umrah Guide
Everything you need to perform Umrah — visa, accommodation, transport, and on-ground support — arranged from Madinah so you can focus entirely on your journey.
Masjid al-Haram, Makkah — the destination of every Umrah
Umrah is one of the most meaningful journeys a Muslim can make. Unlike Hajj it can be performed at almost any time of year, but the logistics — visa, flights, hotels, ground transport — can quickly overwhelm the spiritual purpose of the trip. We take all of that off your plate.
Based in Madinah, we handle the practical side of your pilgrimage from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Below is a straightforward breakdown of what the journey looks like and what we arrange at each stage.
Arriving in Madinah
Most pilgrims begin in Madinah before travelling to Makkah — a tradition rooted in the Sunnah. We arrange a private transfer directly from Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport to your hotel, available at any hour. No shared coaches, no waiting.
We book accommodation within walking distance of Masjid an-Nabawi so your days in Madinah are spent in prayer and reflection, not commuting.

The Miqat — Where Ihram Begins
Before entering Makkah, every pilgrim must enter a state of Ihram at the Miqat — the designated boundary point. For those travelling from Madinah, the Miqat is Masjid Dhul Hulayfah (also known as Abyar Ali), located approximately 9 km from Masjid an-Nabawi.
We route your transport through Dhul Hulayfah so you can make your intention, put on the Ihram garments, and begin your Talbiyah before continuing the journey south to Makkah.

Madinah to Makkah Transfer
The drive from Madinah to Makkah is roughly 450 km. We provide a private vehicle for the full journey — departing on your schedule, stopping at Dhul Hulayfah, and dropping you at your hotel in Makkah. The return trip after Umrah is included.
Performing Umrah — The Four Rituals
Once in Makkah the rituals of Umrah are straightforward but sacred. Here is a brief overview:
-
1
Tawaf Circumambulate the Kaaba seven times counter-clockwise, beginning and ending at the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad).
-
2
Sa'i Walk seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwa, commemorating Hajar's search for water.
-
3
Halq or Taqsir Men shave or shorten their hair; women trim a fingertip's length. This marks the end of Ihram.
